Refund policy
Products of a personal nature (i.e. hygiene risks) can never be returned, though we'll consider refunds for glaring defects if you return the product with a valid explanation.
The low prices we offer leave no room for "any reason" exchanges. But we NEVER want someone to feel ripped off, or let down by an oversight or issue we didn't see with our products. Especially used products that never worked correctly. On the other hand, if a well priced products breaks months later, we may refuse refunds.
Ultimately though, we truly believe in serving the community and doing what is right. Often we'll offer a trade, or some other compromise where it feels right. We just have to set boundaries to prevent being taken advantage of. The same way in which we care about, and respect you.
